New page delivery: content and acceptance
A new page gives one service or promotion a clear place inside your existing website. It follows the current visual style and uses the supplied content, rather than introducing a new brand, sales system or disconnected website.
What to prepare
- Supply approved words and images for up to six sections.
- State the page’s purpose, audience and main contact or enquiry action.
- Identify where the page should appear in existing navigation.
Delivery and review
Build a complete content pack
Organise supplied material around the visitor’s questions: what the service is, who it helps, what it includes and how to enquire. Name the person approving business claims. Avoid asking the page builder to invent prices, qualifications, customer results or terms.
Agree the page’s place in the site
Choose an appropriate page name and explain which existing pages should link to it. A page available only through a private message is hard for ordinary visitors to discover. If an old page must be replaced, raise its address and redirect needs explicitly.
Check the whole customer route
Review the new page on mobile and desktop, follow the main action and confirm the navigation points to the right address. Check images and supplied facts in context. Bespoke functionality or additional sections beyond the included scope need a separate agreement.
What to check
- The page contains the agreed supplied sections and facts.
- Visitors can reach it through the agreed navigation.
- The main action leads to its approved destination.
