A short form after payment gives us the details to begin.
Why is the brief protected?
Only a server-verified paid order can open it. The order is checked with Stripe, not assumed from a success link. Your browser receives a private, expiring order cookie.
What should I prepare?
Your business name, current website, the changes or pages you need, approved text and images, and suitable collaborator access. For a rebuild, include the audience, style and main action you want customers to take.
How should I share files?
Add links to approved content and images you have permission to use. Limit shared-folder access to the project. Do not upload customer databases or unrelated private files. Never share account passwords in the brief.
Can I change my brief later?
Once submitted, your brief is saved against the paid order. Send any corrections through support with your order reference. We check whether changes affect the scope before proceeding.
