Essential website storage
The presgro-master-basket-v1 local-storage entry saves your selected services until you clear the basket, finish your brief or clear site data. The pg-checkout-attempt and pg-checkout-basket session-storage entries keep a payment attempt consistent during retries and last for the browser-tab session, unless cleared earlier after completion. The pg_checkout and pg_order HTTP-only cookies connect a checkout or verified paid brief to your browser for up to seven days. Historical orders may use the presgro_order HTTP-only cookie for the same seven-day protected-access purpose. These cookies use Secure on the production HTTPS site and SameSite protections. These functions support shopping, payment recovery and authorised access, not advertising.
Remembering your privacy choice
The presgro-analytics-consent local-storage entry remembers acceptance or rejection until you change your choice or clear site data. The pg_analytics_consent cookie shares that choice with our own server for up to one year, refreshed when the site applies your preference. It is not an advertising identifier. Opening Cookie settings does not change your choice until you select an option.
Optional Google Analytics
If you accept analytics, public pages can send limited visit information to Google Analytics using measurement ID G-7YSPTJQY1Y. Google’s _ga and _ga_* cookies identify a browser and its visits; our configuration requests a maximum lifetime of one year, which may be refreshed on consented visits or shortened by your browser. The analytics script is not newly loaded before acceptance or on payment, basket and protected brief pages, and those pages do not send our page-view events. With your consent, limited order-completion and brief-submission events may be sent securely by the server. Page URLs exclude query strings and fragments. Recognised search/social referrers are reduced to an approved domain; only a fixed list of campaign source, medium and campaign names is accepted. Contact actions record only the method, and saved enquiries record only whether they are a new lead or an existing-customer support request. We do not send your contact details, message or brief contents, card data or raw order reference. A tag previously loaded on a public page is disabled on private routes.
Optional order-event storage
After consent, presgro-analytics-identity in session storage holds Google’s pseudonymous browser and session IDs. We only use a copy captured within the last 30 minutes; the stored copy remains until replaced, cleared or the tab session ends. presgro-analytics-sent-* local-storage flags help avoid repeating an event and remain until consent is withdrawn or site data is cleared. The HTTP-only pg_analytics_sent cookie provides a separate signed repeat-event check for up to 30 days, refreshed after an accepted event request. These records do not contain your brief or contact details. Analytics is a best-effort report, not a complete order ledger.
Change your mind
Use Cookie settings in the footer to accept or reject analytics at any time. Both choices leave shopping and support available. Rejecting stops further analytics collection from this site; information already sent is not automatically erased. Analytics cookies can also be cleared in your browser.
External services
When you choose Stripe payment or follow another external link, that provider’s own privacy and cookie information applies. PresGro does not need advertising cookies for you to buy a service.
