Cancellation without the guesswork.
How renewal, refunds and moving away work. Your statutory rights remain protected.

Launch review: these policy pages and checkout consents require professional review, seller details and final tax confirmation before paid ordering opens.
Cancel a one-off order
Email info@presgro.com, preferably from the purchasing email, and identify the order you wish to cancel. If work has not started, we refund the cancelled service. If you expressly requested an early start and work has been supplied, a refund may be reduced by a reasonable, proportionate amount for the work and services actually supplied, where the contract and applicable law allow. We do not automatically retain the full setup fee.
Stop managed-service renewal
You can ask to stop renewal at any time by emailing info@presgro.com. Send your request before the next billing date to prevent the next charge; there is no additional notice period or fee for switching off renewal. We confirm the cancellation and end date. Unless you agree otherwise or your statutory rights require a different outcome, hosting and management continue to the end of the paid month or year and do not renew. Cancelling does not transfer your site, domain or email automatically.
Consumer cancellation rights
If you buy wholly or mainly outside your trade or business and statutory distance-contract rights apply, the usual service-contract cancellation period ends 14 days after the day the contract is entered into. You do not need to give a reason. A clear cancellation statement is enough; using our form is optional. Business purchases do not automatically have the same statutory cooling-off rights, but the contractual cancellation terms and any other applicable rights still apply.
Starting during a cancellation period
Checkout asks for your express request to start providing the service during any applicable cancellation period. If you then cancel, you may owe a reasonable, proportionate amount for the services actually supplied before cancellation, where the required information and consent were provided. Paying or starting work does not by itself waive your cancellation rights. Any loss of the right after full performance depends on the applicable legal conditions, including any required express acknowledgement; we do not assume it from the early-start request alone.
Refund handling
We explain any deduction and how the refund was calculated. For a valid statutory cancellation of a service, we reimburse you without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed of the cancellation, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. There is no refund processing fee. Faulty or misdescribed services may give you additional remedies; a cancellation policy does not replace those rights.
Hosting and email before the end date
Arrange your new hosting and website-file handover before the managed service ends. Export required mail before changing or closing mailboxes; update DNS carefully. Existing third-party email licences remain with their provider. Hosting removal or changed DNS may stop the website or email working. Do not rely on access or backups remaining available after the end date.
Domains, files and transfer assistance
Domain ownership stays yours. Standard handover of completed paid-for website files is included, subject to licences and platform limits. Installing, migrating or configuring services with another supplier is separate work and is priced only with your approval. Third-party registration or subscription fees follow that provider’s terms.
