Your business stays yours.
Clear ownership of your domain, content and completed website.

Launch review: these policy pages and checkout consents require professional review, seller details and final tax confirmation before paid ordering opens.
Your domain and accounts
Your domain should remain registered in your name. Giving PresGro DNS or collaborator access is not a transfer of ownership. Keep access to your registrar, email provider and billing accounts.
Your supplied content
You retain ownership of the content, logo and images you supply and confirm you can lawfully use them. PresGro uses them to deliver the agreed work.
Completed website work
After full payment for the agreed website work, its completed bespoke design and files are yours to use, modify and move for your business. Standard file handover is included. This does not transfer ownership of third-party tools, fonts, libraries, stock assets or PresGro’s pre-existing reusable components; those remain subject to their licences. Any licence needed to keep the delivered site working must be identified as part of the handover.
Platform limitations
One-off work on WordPress, Wix or Squarespace stays in your existing account. Native Wix and Squarespace designs cannot be exported as a complete like-for-like site to arbitrary hosting. Rebuild is a new website, not an assurance that every existing platform feature can be copied.
Moving away
Request your handover before the service end date. We provide the completed paid-for files and relevant configuration information that we are entitled to share. You arrange replacement hosting and email; additional installation or migration assistance requires separate agreement. No private PresGro account credentials or another customer’s information are transferred.
Customer approvals
You approve business content and the website before launch. An approval does not remove your applicable statutory rights. Ask support if you need a plain-English explanation of a licence or transfer limit.
