How PresGro handles enquiries, orders and website project details.

Updated 7 September 2026

Launch review: these policy pages and checkout consents require professional review, seller details and final tax confirmation before paid ordering opens.

Who to contact

PresGro is the trading name used to provide these services. This notice is a pre-launch draft: the legal controller identity and business correspondence address must be added before ordering opens. Contact info@presgro.com for privacy questions or rights requests.

Information we collect

Enquiries include your name, email, optional website and message. Stripe collects payment and billing information; PresGro receives the payment status, order reference and contact details needed to supply the service, not your full card details. Your protected brief contains the business information, requirements, content links and access arrangements you choose to provide.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to answer your request and take steps you request before a contract. We use order and brief details to deliver our contract with you, provide support and administer billing. For a business representative, we rely on our legitimate interest in communicating with that business and delivering its service. Legal obligations may require financial records; our legitimate interests also include preventing fraud, protecting systems and resolving disputes. Optional analytics relies on your consent, not on buying a service.

Providers supporting the service

The website is designed for Vercel hosting, Neon Postgres order storage, Resend transactional email and Stripe payments. Private Vercel Blob storage may hold files for historical project briefs. These providers process relevant information to operate the service. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may receive public-page visit information, recognised search/social sources, contact-button actions, saved-enquiry events and limited order-completion and brief-submission events. We do not send your contact details, brief contents, card data or raw order reference in those events. Provider processing may involve international transfers; the final notice must identify the actual arrangements and safeguards before launch.

Access and sharing

Only share materials relevant to your project, and use minimum-permission collaborator invitations. Do not submit passwords, recovery codes or unrelated personal records. We do not sell your project information or use an enquiry as permission for unrelated marketing.

Support ticket alerts

Contact forms create a saved ticket reference and send the enquiry to help@presgro.com so we can reply by email. If enabled, our optional WhatsApp Business Platform integration sends the ticket reference to PresGro's operator as an internal alert; it does not send your name, email, website or message content through WhatsApp. The reference remains linked to your enquiry in our records. This is not customer WhatsApp support, an outage-notification preference or marketing consent. Before activation, the final notice must confirm Meta's processing arrangements and any relevant international-transfer safeguards.

Retention and security

Retention depends on what the record is needed for. Enquiry details are kept while we answer and deal with relevant follow-up. Project information is kept while needed to deliver and support your order. Payment, accounting and dispute records may need longer retention under applicable record-keeping or legal-claim requirements. We review information against those purposes and delete or anonymise it when no longer needed, unless the law requires retention. Access is restricted; protected briefs use expiring order access and server-side checks. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the processing and applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict your information, or request portability. You can withdraw analytics consent through Cookie settings without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Email info@presgro.com to exercise your rights. You can complain directly to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk; you do not have to complain to us first.

Your right to object

You can object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation. If we ever use your information for direct marketing, you can object to that use at any time. An enquiry or order is not permission for unrelated marketing.

Information needed to supply your order

We need contact details, payment confirmation and relevant project information to process an order and deliver the purchased service. If required information or suitable access is missing, we may be unable to start or complete the work. Optional analytics and optional enquiry fields are not conditions of purchase.
