Menu updates: content, limits and approval
A menu update is an information-publishing task: one existing page is brought into line with your approved menu, treatment list or prices. PresGro formats the supplied facts; your business remains responsible for prices, descriptions and dietary claims.
What to prepare
- Provide up to 30 items, prices, section headings and any verified notes.
- Mark the version to publish and the date it should replace the old information.
- Identify related downloads or links that may still show an obsolete version.
Delivery and review
Supply one source of truth
Choose one editable document as the approved version. A folder containing three differently priced menus invites mistakes. If an item has several sizes or prices, state the intended grouping clearly and ask about the included item count before assuming a larger list fits.
Explain the important hierarchy
Group information as customers use it: breakfast and lunch, treatment categories, or service levels. Tell us which supplied warnings or notes must remain next to an item. Online ordering, payment, photography and new copy are separate from presenting the list.
Approve both facts and presentation
Check each displayed price and description against the approved document, including mobile views. Confirm which downloadable file remains in use. A clean design cannot establish that an allergen or dietary statement is correct; verify those business facts yourself.
What to check
- The agreed page matches the approved menu or price list.
- Headings and prices can be read on a phone.
- The intended current version is easy for a visitor to find.
Sources and further reading
Use the current product description and agreed terms for the scope of your order. Existing customers keep their original agreements.
