Included with Refresh and Rebuild
Both plans cover hosting for one brochure website, SSL, domain connection, DNS management, connecting your existing business email provider and technical support. Refresh includes monthly website edits; Rebuild includes weekly website edits and a new domain or transfer of your existing domain.
What is separate?
Rebuild includes a new domain or transfer of your existing domain in its first-year setup. Refresh domain registration and transfer charges, subsequent domain renewals, paid mailbox licences, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and premium third-party plugins are separate. Email support means mailbox configuration and technical help, not reading or answering your messages. There is no unlimited storage or 24-hour emergency promise.
Can Wix or Squarespace hosting move?
Native Wix and Squarespace sites include their own hosting and cannot simply be moved to an unrelated host. Choose Rebuild when moving away. A one-off fix stays on the existing platform and subscription.
Keeping email working
We review the existing records and preserve unrelated DNS and email settings. Changes that affect delivery are planned before being applied. Email provider licences remain under your control.
One-off services
One-off jobs do not include hosting, mailboxes, domain supply or ongoing management. Keep your current providers and buy just the listed website task.
