What should I include?
Send the affected website address, what happened, when it started and any recent changes. If useful, include the page link and your order reference. Do not share passwords or confidential customer data.
Is this live chat?
No. The support button opens a contact form. It is not live chat or a 24-hour emergency service. You can also email help@presgro.com. Support is provided remotely across the UK, without in-person appointments.
When can I expect a reply?
Daily, 08:00–18:00 UK time. We aim to give an initial reply within 3–4 support hours. This is a target, not a guaranteed response or resolution time. Help outside these hours may be available. Support hours count within our daily 08:00–18:00 UK window. Time outside that window does not count towards the reply target. Website delivery follows the separate business-day timeframe shown on your service.
What does my ticket reference mean?
The contact form shows a reference when your message has been saved. Keep it and include it in follow-up messages. It identifies your enquiry; it does not confirm that a repair is complete, change your service agreement or give access to a customer portal.
Do new prices change my contract?
No. Existing customers stay on their agreed scope, pricing and terms. The new catalogue does not automatically replace an existing subscription.
What if I need a bigger change?
Send a brief outline through support. We explain whether it fits your plan allowance or needs separately priced work before making a charge.
