One-off delivery
Your service is normally completed in 3–5 business days after payment and receipt of your complete brief, required content and working access.
Your first website version
Refresh and Rebuild target a first website version in 3–5 business days after payment and receipt of your complete brief, content and working access. Publishing follows your approval; DNS changes or transfers may take additional time.
What counts as a business day?
Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Missing content, inaccessible accounts or changes outside the purchased scope can affect delivery. We explain any delay and the next step; this is not an emergency service.
Revisions and ongoing edits
Both Refresh and Rebuild include unlimited pre-launch revisions until you are happy with the agreed website. Refresh covers up to three existing pages with monthly website edits after launch. Rebuild covers up to five bespoke pages with weekly website edits. Ongoing edits cover content changes within the agreed pages; new pages, functionality or a new project scope need separate agreement.
Checks and handover
We check the purchased outcome and relevant mobile and desktop presentation. A contact-form repair includes an authorised test and confirmation from the receiving inbox owner before it is treated as delivered.
