A few practical answers

Can you work on my website platform?

These services cover supported WordPress, Wix and Squarespace websites with suitable editing access. Check the product limits. For an unknown fault, start with Website problem assessment.

What if the problem needs more work?

We explain the limitation and agree an alternative, or refund work we cannot supply, subject to your rights. We never add charges without your agreement.

Will I need ongoing support afterwards?

Not for a one-off service. The agreed job includes its checks and handover. Ongoing management is an optional, separate service.
