PresGro: Refresh delivery and management guide

Refresh improves a compatible existing brochure website and moves its hosting and ongoing care to PresGro. It is useful when the structure is sound but the site needs attention. Compatibility and access matter: a hosted builder cannot always be moved as it stands.

What to prepare

  • Refresh is for compatible websites that can move to PresGro hosting. Native Wix and Squarespace sites cannot simply move to another host; choose Rebuild for a move from either platform.
  • Provide approved content, images with publication permission and a named person who can approve the website.
  • List your domain, current hosting and email providers. Keep account ownership and use appropriate collaborator invitations.

Delivery and review

  1. Understand setup and management separately

The website setup fee is £250. Management is £50 monthly or £540 annually, paid with setup for the first period. Standard annual management saves 10% against twelve monthly payments; the standard setup fee stays the same. Only management renews until cancelled. No VAT is added.

  2. Identify what should improve and stay

Prioritise the improvements across a maximum of three existing pages and identify recognisable brand elements to preserve. Plan the supported hosting move around the website and email dependencies. Refresh is not an unchanged transfer of a native Wix or Squarespace site; that move needs Rebuild.

  3. Review the first website version

The usual first-version target is 3–5 business days after verified payment and complete content, brief and access. Both plans include unlimited pre-launch revisions until you are happy with the agreed website. Collect specific feedback into a clear list; publication follows your approval, not merely the passage of the target number of days.

  4. Use the ongoing service with clear boundaries

Monthly website edits. Refresh covers a maximum of three existing pages; domain registration and transfer fees are separate. Ongoing edits cover content changes within the agreed pages; new pages and functionality are agreed separately. Managed hosting, SSL, DNS and agreed email configuration are included. Subsequent domain renewals, paid mailbox licences and other third-party subscriptions are separate. Inbox support is technical help, not reading or replying to business messages.

What to check

  • The initial payment and renewal frequency match the billing choice you selected.
  • Your approved website and contact routes work at the intended live address.
  • You retain the necessary account ownership and know how to request support or stop renewal.
