Choose a one-off fix, Refresh or Rebuild
Start with the outcome you need, rather than the name of a package. One-off services change something specific on your existing site. Refresh improves a compatible site and moves its hosting and care to PresGro. Rebuild creates a fully customised brochure website with management.
Before you start
- Write down the single most important problem customers face on your website.
- Find your platform name and decide whether you want to keep managing its subscriptions.
- List the pages that need changing and any features you cannot lose.
What to do
Choose one-off work for a contained task
A café with a good website but an outdated menu may only need a menu update. A tradesperson with a broken call button may need a contact-link fix. Match the task to the product’s included limits; your existing hosting and platform stay in place.
Choose Refresh for improvement plus care
Refresh fits an existing compatible brochure site with a sound structure and a maximum of three pages to improve. It includes a supported hosting move. It is not a way to move a native Wix or Squarespace website unchanged onto a different host.
Choose Rebuild for a new structure
Rebuild fits a business whose services, navigation or design need a fresh start. Its defined scope covers up to five brochure pages and a standard enquiry form. E-commerce, complex integrations and larger migrations need a separate agreement.
Separate uncertainty from buying more
If you cannot tell why something is broken, a problem assessment can establish an informed next step. It buys investigation, not a guaranteed repair. Do not buy several loosely related fixes hoping one will cover an unknown underlying fault.
What to check
- The purchased scope names the result you need and the platform can support it.
- You understand whether hosting stays with you or moves to PresGro.
- You have reviewed the initial payment, any renewal and separate third-party costs.
